The Hutchinson Community College women's basketball team received an at-large bid into the NJCAA DI Basketball National Tournament during the selection show on Sunday evening.
The Blue Dragons are the No. 11-seed and will face No. 22-seed South Georgia Tech in the first round on Wednesday, March 26 at 4:45 p.m. MST (5:45 p.m. CST) at the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper, Wyo.
The Hutchinson-South Georgia Tech winner will face Three Rivers (Mo.), the 6-seed in the second round on Friday, March 28 at 4:45 p.m. MST.
The Blue Dragons are the defending national champions and will enter the tournament with a 28-4 record.
The Jets enter the tournament with a 25-6 record and earned an automatic bid following their victory in the Southeast District championship game over East Georgia State.
