
Betty Ketch Parker Rayl, 91, of Tulsa, OK, died April 12, 2021, at Heritage Point of Tulsa. She was born May 31, 1929, in Douglas, KS, to Ernest and Ollie (Breshears) Ketch.
Betty graduated from Haven High School in 1947, and then attended Adela Hale Business College. She worked for Dillon’s in the accounting department, until she retired. After retirement, Betty worked in retail at the Hallmark store and for Demonstrations Unlimited. She was a member of First Church of God in Hutchinson.
Betty married Bob Parker on May 25, 1948. They later divorced. On June 30, 1973, she married Myron Rayl. He preceded her in death.
Betty is survived by: daughters, Barbara Walters (Larry), Bixby,OK, and Beverly Edgemon (Don), Ponca City, OK; five grandchildren, Alan and Adam Walters, JaneAnn Burgard, David McAlhaney, and Michael McAlhaney; 11 great-grandchildren; and niece, Candace Fankhouser.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Lois Fankhouser.
Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Friday, April 16, 2021, at Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson, KS. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
