HARVEY COUNTY —East First Street near East Lake Road was temporarily closed due to an overturned concrete truck, according to a social media report from Newton Fire and EMS.
Crews were working to clear the spill and road and asked the public to please avoid the area.
One individual was transported to Newton Medical Center.
