Brookline, Mass. — Four Kansans made the field for the 2022 U.S. Open to be held at the Country Club in Brookline, Massachusetts, June 16-19.
Wichita Heights graduate Luke Gannon and Kapaun Mt. Carmel graduate Sam Stevens both made the cut at Final Qualifying rounds on Monday.
Stevens qualified in Springfield, Ohio, while Gannon made the field in San Francisco.
Topeka Washburn Rural graduate Andrew Beckler also qualified for his first major, qualifying in Rockville, Maryland.
2019 U.S. Open Champion and Topeka native Gary Woodland is exempt into the field.
