SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Collins Bus Corp. will welcome car enthusiasts, job seekers and community members to its third annual Cars & Careers event on Saturday, May 3.
Held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the company’s headquarters at 415 W. 6th Ave., the free event invites attendees to display classic cars, trucks, motorcycles, side-by-sides and other unique vehicles. Community members are also encouraged to bring their résumés to learn more about potential career opportunities at Collins Bus.
In addition to the vehicle showcase, those who bring a ride to display or submit a résumé will receive a free lunch from Los Mariachis Taqueria, while supplies last.
The event is open to all ages and promises fun, food and connection with one of the region’s leading manufacturers.
