Hey there, I'm Evan, a 10-month-old neutered male who’s solid black and rocking a slim, athletic build. I'm a German Shepherd/Retriever mix.
People often tell me I look like a sleek shadow darting around the park! I'm always ready for fun, be it with people or fellow canine pals.
Although I'm a work in progress with my leash skills—let's just say I like to keep my walks interesting—I’ve mastered the art of "sit." Throw in some treats, especially peanut butter or that magical thing called easy cheese, and you've got my full attention.

You can see Evan at the Hutchinson Animal Shelter, located at 1501 South Severance Street. Their hours are Tuesday through Sunday 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Other times are by appointment. You can reach them by phone at 620-694-1924.
