HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Land Bank Board of Trustees will meet Tuesday afternoon December 1, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. via conference call.
On the agenda for the board is contract review for an application to purchase the lot located at the north end of Carey Park on East Harvey submitted by Nancy J. Moreno on October 14. Moreno intends to build a single-family house and has offered to purchase the property but wanted to talk to the board about tree removal.
Also on the agenda is review of the draft 2020 Land Bank Annual Report and resolving meeting dates for 2021.
