HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Fire Department will have a virtual presentation of the plaque signifying them as an International Accredited Agency as part of Tuesday's City Council meeting.
On July 19, 2021, the Hutchinson Fire Department appeared in front of the CPSE commission and was granted international accreditation.
This comes after years of hard work and dedication of Hutchinson Fire Department Members.
Hutchinson is one of around 100 fire departments in the world with both an ISO 1 rating and international accreditation.
The meeting of the Hutchinson City Council is at 9 a.m. Tuesday at City Hall.
