Harley S. Beachy, 86, passed away on Feb. 13, 2021 at his home in Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born Dec. 25, 1934 to Samuel and Nettie (Miller) Beachy in Hutchinson.
Harley was a dairy farmer. He was a member of the Amish Church.
On May 9, 1957 he married Susie T. Schrock. She survives of the home. They shared over 63 years of marriage.
Other survivors include his children, Daniel (Susan) of Hutchinson, Nettie (Jay) Yoder, Mountain View, Arkansas, David (Carolyn), of Hutchinson, Samuel (Bernita), Uniontown, Ohio, Perry (Sharon), Jerry (Miriam), Jacob (Luane), and Harley Jr. (Elizabeth) all of Hutchinson; 46 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; sister, Katie Yoder; brother-in-law, Willis Miller; sisters-in-law, Katie Beachy and Wilma Beachy, all of Hutchinson.
Harley was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Melvin, Eli, Alvin, Roman, Leslie, and Samuel Jr.; sisters, Sadie, Susie, and Verna; granddaughter Verna Sue; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Jerry Beachy residence, 5817 W. Longview Road, Hutchinson, KS. 67501. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2021 at the Jerry Beachy residence. Burial will follow at the West Center Cemetery.
