Jeremiah "Jere" John McCutchen |1973-2021|

Jeremiah "Jere" John McCutchen, 48, passed away Friday, December 17, 2021 at Pratt Regional Medical Center. He was born on July 14, 1973 in Kingman to John McCutchen and Susan Marie (Payton) Swonger.

Jere graduated from St. John High School in 1994. He worked with Rosewood Day Services. He was a member of Reach Church and Rosewood Day Services. He loved attending Ranch Class. In 2012, he received the World Championship Trails through the American Snafflebit Association in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He is survived by his parents, Susan and Brett Swonger of Pratt; grandfather, Ben Payton of Great Bend; brother, Jesse Swonger of Wichita; sister, Marti (Tyler) Applegate of Chanute; and nephews, Tucker and Cason Applegate.

Jere is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorothy Payton, Rex and Charlotte Swonger and Hazel and Lester McCutchen.

Visitation will be Monday, December 27, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5-7 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Reach Church, Pratt. Burial will follow at Ellenwood Cemetery, Sawyer.
