HUTCHINSON, Kan. — If you are in Hutchinson you no doubt have seen and stopped at the traveling bowl food truck. Now Ginal Emil is opening a permanent location at 2221 N Lorraine. The location is the site of several former small restaurants on the Alley Bowling property.
Along with the new location comes the addition of two new employees, more seating for diners, and the addition of a drive through window. Traveling Bowl also plans to keep their food truck to serve customers their homestyle cuisine at special events around the area.
StartUp Hutch announced they will provide a $7,000 loan to help with expenses of the new equipment needed for the business’ expansion, including the furnishing of a larger kitchen.
