NEWTON, Kan. — The Harvey County Planning and Zoning Advisory Board will meet Oct. 8 to review the County's comprehensive plan.
The comprehensive plan is a guiding document used to aid decisions for determinations on land development, generally focused on the unincorporated areas of Harvey County. Comprehensive plans are intended to last several years.
The Oct. 8 meeting will be held at 7 p.m. at the Harvey County Courthouse. Citizens that attend the meeting can indicate if they would like to speak during the meeting as they sign in. The planning board may consider adoption of the comprehensive plan updates at the meeting.
