Trooper Ben Gardner posted on Facebook that a trooper patrolling in McPherson County cited a driver for going 101 m.p.h. in a 70 m.p.h. zone on K-61 Highway. The post said Trooper Baldwin issued a citation to the driver on the scene.
Gardner also said that they have received several recent reports of reckless driving in that stretch of road. He said that the troopers are actively working in that area to help reduce risks and make the roadway safer for everyone.
He also thanked the McPherson County Sheriff’s Office for also being out there regularly and helping control traffic in the area and promote safety.
