The Hutchinson Zoo is gearing up for its 32nd annual Boo at the Zoo, a beloved community tradition that invites families to celebrate Halloween with animals, games, candy, and plenty of fun.
The event takes place Saturday, Oct. 25th, from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Hutchinson Zoo. Families are encouraged to come dressed in their best non-scary costumes and enjoy an afternoon filled with sweet treats and festive activities.
Presented by Country 102.9, Prairie Star Health Center, and Midwest Superstore, this year’s Boo at the Zoo will once again feature trick-or-treat stations, engaging animal encounters, and special Keeper Chats: Halloween Edition, where guests can meet the zookeepers and learn about some of the Zoo’s coolest — and maybe spookiest — residents.
Children can also enjoy the Jumper Slide bounce house, provided by Inflate-o-Fun, and take a ride on the Prairie Thunder train for a scenic trip through the back prairie of the Zoo.
Timed ticketing is returning this year to help manage crowd flow, and guests are encouraged to reserve their preferred time slot in advance at HutchinsonZoo.org.
The 32nd Annual Boo at the Zoo promises a safe, family-friendly Halloween adventure — full of animals, candy, and community fun at the Hutchinson Zoo.
