MONTGOMERY COUNTY—One person died in an accident Tuesday in Montgomery County.Just before noon Tuesday, deputies were dispatched to County Road 3670 east of County 4150 for a report of an overturned tractor, according to Sheriff Ron Wade.When deputies arrived on scene, they found a tractor overturned in a creek.The driver of the tractor identified as 76-year-old Dr. Richard (Doc) Barta had not survived the accident. &nbsp;The exact cause of the accident is still under investigation, according to Wade. <a href="https://www.bartaanimalhospital.net/">Barta was a veterinarian</a> in Independence.
