GRANT COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an accidental shooting.Just before 5p.m. Thursday police responded to report of a shooting at a home in the 1300 Block of Oklahoma Avenue in Ulysses, according to Police Chief Alan Olsen.At the scene, officers located an 11-year-old girl with a gunshot wound to her face. Grant County EMS transported her to Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital.Investigators have learned that a 13-year-old boy at the home was handling a firearm when it discharged and struck the girl.Police released no additional details.
