Clara Alice Eash, 87, passed away on November 22, 2020 in Haven, Kansas at the home of her daughter, Betty Schrock. She was born December 15, 1932 in Haven, the daughter of Chris C. and Lizzie (Schrock) Yoder.
Alice married Ervin P. Eash on May 8, 1952 in Haven. He passed away February 10, 2014.
Alice was a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed the challenge of piecing together quilts. She vacationed in Florida during the winter for over twenty years and loved quilting with friends while she was there.
Survivors include her children, Betty and Floyd Schrock of Haven, Vernon and Cynthia Eash of Sedgwick, Elmer and Rosanne Eash of Haven, and Carol and David Yoder of Garnett; 20 grandchildren; and 59 great-grandchildren.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Chris and Lizzie; husband, Ervin; three sisters, Mattie Miller, Sue Mullet, and Elva Knepp; two brothers, Henry C. Yoder and Enos C. Yoder; and a great-grandson, Adam C. Schrock.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, November 24, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Betty and Floyd Schrock residence, 4818 E. Red Rock Road, Haven. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at the Betty and Floyd Schrock residence. Burial will follow at the Yoder Amish Cemetery.
