Diversicare of Hutchinson
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — In a recent evaluation, Diversicare of Hutchinson achieved a 5 Star Quality Measures Rating and a 4 Star Overall Rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
The Five-Star Quality Rating System helps consumers, their families, and caregivers easily compare nursing centers, and helps identify areas that may spur additional questions. Centers with a 5 Star Quality Measure Rating are considered to have much above average quality in clinical data measures. The 4 Star Overall Rating indicates above average ratings in health inspections, staffing, and quality measures.
