
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Schools announced Thursday that starting Monday, Jan. 25, Hutchinson High School will return to classes via the modified hybrid system.
Under the modified hybrid system, students with last names starting with the letters A through L attend in-person on Mondays and Wednesdays with students whose last names start with M through Z attend in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All students attend remotely on Fridays.
Hutchinson elementary schools and middle schools have been on the modified hybrid system since returning to class after Winter Recess on Jan. 11.
The USD 308 Board of Education approved the plans for remote and modified hybrid learning in December. Future major changes will also be approved by the board.
