HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The proposed applicants to be approved for the City of Hutchinson's SAFE Sidewalk program will be told to the Housing Commission at their meeting on Wednesday.
According to the meeting's agenda, the approved applicants are at 528 West 10th, 512 1/2 West 10th, 510 West 10th, 508 West 10th, 1001 North Monroe, 100 West 10th, 545 East Sherman and 114 West 13th.
There was a separate application for a series of properties on West 5th that would have expended nearly 70% of the program funds. Staff is recommending making that application a primary priority when more funds are in the program in 2023.
The Housing Commission meets Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at City Hall.
