KANSAS CITY, Mo.—The Kansas City Royals today unveiled their 2026 City Connect uniform, “Forever Fountains,” a tribute to the spirit of the city and the next generation of Royals fans. The uniforms, designed by Nike, will debut tomorrow night and be worn all weekend long in the series against the Chicago White Sox.

Derived from the beauty and movement of Kansas City’s iconic fountains, the Forever Fountains design reflects the club’s place at the heart of the nation. The uniform’s colors flow in a dynamic gradient, from the swirling fuchsia tones of a Midwestern sunset to the blue of the water flowing through the city’s more than 200 fountains.
The uniform’s color treatment celebrates Kansas City’s official City of Fountains identity, first adopted by City Hall in 1991. The uniform’s “R” logo draws inspiration from the Royals original 1969 mark, blending the roots of the franchise’s past with modern tradition. A prominent heart logo reinforces Kansas City’s identity as the nation’s heartland.
The uniforms will be worn every Friday during homestands and be a part of promotions all season long, beginning tomorrow night with a City Connect flag giveaway for the first 10,000 fans.
The Royals Team Store is headquarters for 2026 City Connect gear, with a wide selection of Royals jerseys, hats and wearables. The store is located at Kauffman Stadium near the CommunityAmerica Gate C entrance.More information on the new City Connects can be found at www.mlb.com/royals/fans/city-connect.
