Today, July 14, is the final day for eligible voters to register to vote in the 2026 Kansas Primary Election.
The Reno County Election Office is reminding residents that voter registration is available during regular business hours at several locations throughout the county.
Residents may register at the Reno County Clerk's Office, 125 W. First Avenue in Hutchinson; the Driver's License Office, 125 W. Second Avenue, Suite A, in Hutchinson; the Hutchinson Public Library, 901 N. Main Street; and at the city offices in all 14 incorporated communities in Reno County.
Kansas law requires voters to be registered before the deadline in order to participate in the upcoming primary election.
Those who are unsure of their registration status are encouraged to verify their information before the close of business today to ensure they are eligible to cast a ballot in the August primary.
