DODGE CITY, Kan. — Alex Haas shot a 79 to lead Hutchinson on Thursday at the Dodge City Invitational at Mariah Hills Golf Course.

Hutchinson finished 10th as a team with a 334. Maize South won the team title with a 286, followed by Bishop Carroll at 291 and Wichita Collegiate at 300.

Haas carded a 39 on the front nine and 40 on the back nine to tie for 27th. Maks Dreiling added an 82 for the Salthawks, finishing tied for 39th.

Tate England shot an 86, Landyn Powell finished with an 87, Teagan England had a 97 and Kale Drieling shot a 103.
