KINGMAN COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just before 1:30p.m. Tuesday in Kingman County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2023 Freightliner semi driven by Sukhjinder Singh, 43, Greenwood, Indiana, was westbound on U.S. 54 just west of 150th Avenue. The semi rear-ended a 2027 Freightliner semi driven by Ja'Koby Bryant, 27, Jacksonville, Florida, that just entered the road after taking a brake on the shoulder of the road.
EMS transported Singh to Wesley Medical Center. Bryant had a minor injuries. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
