Wednesday on Phone Forum, a caller asked about road markings in Hutchinson, mainly the fact that they were worn off the pavement.
She said that it was difficult to see where the lanes were. Her question was, what plan does the City of Hutchinson for remarking the streets?
We reached out the Cecil Weible the Director of Public Works about what plan do they have in place for keeping the markings visible. Here's what he had to say:
"We are updating this plan now; the old plan was somewhat dated. We are looking into new methods and budget restraints now and can let you know the final plan soon, shooting to have this all worked out by Mid-March that will still be a month or so out from our start of striping for this season."
