Qualifications:
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor.
Experience in a similar role is helpful but not mandatory.
Ability to operate loaders, skid steers and forklifts is a plus.
Willingness to work in both surface and underground environments.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Execute various tasks related to salt production, including extraction, processing and transportation.
Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring efficiency and safety.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
