LeRoy E. Becker, 90, of Moundridge, Kansas, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Moundridge Manor. He was born August 25, 1930 in McPherson County, the son of Ervin J. and Adeline (Nightingale) Becker.
LeRoy worked at Hesston Corporation as an inspector and assembler, retiring after 25 years.
LeRoy was united in marriage to Mildred Becker June 3, 1951. She passed away April 27, 2001. He later married Elizabeth Koehn June 21, 2002. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include sons, Roger (Brenda) Becker and Wendell Becker; grandson, Darren (Marcia) Becker; great grandchildren, Abigail, Jaxon, Raina and Lynna Becker, all of Moundridge; brother, John Becker of Hesston; sisters, Wilma Nightingale, Nadine Unruh, both of Moundridge, Deola (Carl) Wenger of Hesston and Judy (Harold) Koehn of Montezuma; brother-in-law, Franklin Wenger of Moundridge; and sister-in-law, Darlene (Bob) Lundberg of McPherson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Mildred; two infant daughters and three sisters.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 1, 2021 at Gospel Mennonite Church, Moundridge, with burial to follow at the Lone Tree Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m., Sunday, February 28, at Moundridge Funeral Home, with family greeting friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the church. Please wear masks and social distance.
