Salt Hawk Community Support is inviting the public to its annual Chili Feed fundraiser on Tuesday, Oct. 7, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 16th and Main.
The evening will feature homemade chili, cinnamon rolls, vegetables, crackers, and dessert for $10 per person. Dine-in and carry-out options are available, with proceeds going toward programs that assist students at Hutchinson Middle School 8 and Hutchinson High School.
“This is the second year for our chili feed, and last year we had a wonderful turnout,” said Katie Brown, coordinator with Salt Hawk Community Support. “People stayed to enjoy a meal and community, but we also know schedules are busy, so takeout is always an option.”
