HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Police&nbsp; Chief Jeffrey Hooper announced the promotion of two officers within the department.&nbsp;

Sgt. Anthony Garcia and Sgt. Cole Long were promoted. Their promotion date will be Jan. 17. At that time, they will be assigned to the patrol division as street supervisors.
