The Pretty Prairie High School Music Department is hosting a chicken and noodle dinner on Sunday, March 9 from noon to 1:30 p.m.

The dinner is a fundraiser for their bi-annual trip to Branson. &nbsp;Every other year the music kids go to Branson and perform at Branson Live. &nbsp;Ashley Anderson, the Superintendent of Schools for Pretty Prairie schools, says that this is a fundraiser that they do prior to the trip to replenish the funds for their activity account. &nbsp;She added that this year’s trip is paid for, so the funds raised on Sunday go to replenishing the account. &nbsp;

All of the district’s activity accounts run on donations, student dues and fundraisers. This is because the district cannot contribute money to these accounts. &nbsp;

During this year’s trip they are going to Silver Dollar City and spend time at the Track where they can ride go-karts and play arcade games.&nbsp;
