HUTCHINSON, Kan. — An annual Cause for Paws event kicks off again next month.
The agency says that January is Pit Bull Month. If you have a dog in the bull terrier family that needs to be spayed or neutered, now is the time.
Cause for Paws will sponsor the surgery and it will cost the pet owner just $10. Owners of pit bulls who want to have their pets spayed or neutered can make appointments now.
Three local veterinarians are helping with the procedures this month. You can call any of them to make an appointment:
Apple Lane: 662-0515
Prairie Vista: 669-1253
Central Kansas: Vet Clinic 663-8387
