THE HIGHLANDS, Kan. — Marco’s Meathãus, located on the second floor of the Crazy Horse Golf Course clubhouse in The Highlands, will close its doors for the final time Thursday.
Owners of the restaurant announced the decision in a Facebook post, calling it one made with “deep gratitude and heavy hearts.”
“This decision wasn’t made lightly, and we want to thank each and every one of you who supported us,” the post read. “Serving this community has been our greatest joy — from the first meals we plated to the countless memories shared around our tables.”
The restaurant, known for its steaks and casual dining atmosphere, will be open from 4 to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday with farewell specials and discounts on food and drinks as a thank you to customers.
“We’ve laughed, celebrated and connected with so many of you, and we’ll forever be thankful for your loyalty and support,” the owners said. “Please stop by, say goodbye and share one last meal with us before we head into our next chapter of life.”
