Nici Ann Kessler |1946-2021|

Nici Ann Kessler, 75, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021. She was born on February 27, 1946 in Pratt to Thomas and Lilly (Chinn) Snyder. Nici married Delbert Kessler on June 4, 1996 in Coats. He preceded her in death on October 14, 2021.

Nici was a member of Iuka Methodist Church, Pratt 4-H Club and Kansas High School Rodeo Association. She taught CNA and CMA classes at Pratt Community College. She was very dedicated to the nursing programs in her communities.

She is survived by her daughter, Annette (Earl) Marquardt of Pratt; sons, Delbert Eugene (Dona) Kessler II of Abbyville, Gregory Scott Kessler of Pratt and Jason A. (Laura) Kessler of Montana; grandchildren, Kristina Akue of Omaha, Nebraska, Thomas Eugene (Desirae) Kessler of Elk City, Christopher James Kessler of Pratt, Jacob Kessler of Lane, Shyanne Rochelle Kessler of Nickerson, Travis Kessler of Abbyville, Cody Alan Kessler of St. John, Ty Rope Kessler of Valier, Montana and Miranda Jane Kessler of Valier, Montana; great grandchildren, Dylan Dwayne Akue, Breana Marie Akue and A’Riyal Rose Kessler all of Omaha, Nebraska, Toby Eugene Kessler, Naomi Alyvia Kessler, Paislea Shea Kessler, Riggin Thomas Kessler, Jaysten James Kessler, Bentley Jay Kessler, Reyna Elizabeth Rochelle Kessler and Karson Eugene Kessler all of Kansas; and siblings, Dr. Larry G. (Bonnie) Snyder, Dr. Lindi Snyder, Cindi Foulk, and Gerald (Lori) Snyder.

Nici is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Delbert; and her brother, Thomas Gayle Snyder, II.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 20, 2021 at Iuka Methodist Church, Iuka, with Pastor Louis Keeling presiding. Burial will follow at Iuka Cemetery, Iuka.
