HUTCHINSON, Kan. - The Hutchinson Salthawk Wrestling teams split their Senior Night duals with the Dodge City Red Demons, honoring seniors and closing out the home slate before the holiday break.
The Salthawk boys team delivered a dominant performance, earning a 51–18 victory over Dodge City. Senior Night was highlighted by wins from seniors Jackson Anderson, Jair Maciel, and Sam Smalley, each picking up fall victories to help secure the team's win. Hutchinson controlled the dual with multiple pins and technical falls throughout the lineup. Falls by Dion Brown (106), Sam Smalley (132), Jair Maciel (138), Kameron Wilson (144), Karson Etienne (165), and Jackson Anderson (190) set the tone, while Cruz Cannon (126), Max Harris (175), and James Hill (215) added bonus-point victories via technical fall.

On the girls' side, the Salthawks battled but came up short, falling 48–30 to Dodge City. Hutchinson picked up key wins from Aaida Brown (110), Ruby Foster (120), Lynnae Williams (125), Baleigh Cousins (140), and Emma Mathias (155), all by fall, showing toughness and depth across the lineup.
