HUTCHINSON, Kan. — A Hutchinson man was arrested on charges he physically abused a child under the age of 18.
Dillon Dixon was arrested Thursday on that charge along with suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in contraband, and a violation of his parole from the state of Missouri. His bond has been set at $28,500.
Dixon is accused of beating a child back in September of 2020. A warrant was issued for his arrest following an investigation by law enforcement. The possible drug counts came during his arrest.
His next court appearance is tentatively set for Feb. 22.
