Survivors include: son, Brad Miller of Ft. Collins, Colorado; daughters, Dawn (Tim) Ortiz of Ft. Collins, Colorado, Coleen Miller of Hillsboro; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. 

Predeceased by: husband, Robert Phillips in 2012; 5 brothers, 1 sister. 

Graveside Service at Haven of Rest cemetery Monday, May 17, 2021 rural Hillsboro private due to COVID-19.
