RENO COUNTY — One person was injured in an accident just before 11 a.m. Friday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Cadillac SRX driven by Gary Q. Stoecker, 79, Spearville, was eastbound on U.S. 50 exiting onto Kansas 14.
The driver failed to yield to a southbound 2008 Ford F150 driven by Leon Yoder, 71, South Hutchinson. The pickup struck the Cadillac.
EMS transported Stoecker to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. Yoder was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
