Ellsworth managed to get a 36-yard field goal from Brandon Lane early in the second quarter to register the first points for the Panthers in this series since 2023.
Bobby Shaw III caught his third touchdown of the day early in the third quarter.
Shaw III added a 40-yard touchdown catch to go with his scores from 15 and seven yards out.
The Dragon defense tallied nine sacks, 20 tackles for loss, three interceptions and a fumble recovery.
Ellsworth managed just 92 total yards on 79 plays.
Hutchinson put up 339 yards on 66 plays and worked with a short field for most of the day.
Backup quarterbacks Bravin Powell and Jace Jefferson each added fourth-quarter touchdowns to close out the afternoon.
