The City of Hutchinson looking to fill three open seats on the Landmarks Commission.
The Landmarks Commission was established to:
• Preserve buildings and sites of historical and architectural significance
• Safeguard the heritage and culture of Hutchinson
• Encourage the maintenance of historic property
• Promote the study of history, culture and architectural design
The commission makes recommendations to the governing body and state agencies on historic preservation matters, helping to ensure Hutchinson’s rich history is preserved for future generations.
