
BUHLER, Kan. — Due to a severe shortage of bus drivers next year, Buhler Schools will implement a staggered start time schedule starting in August 2022.
According to a message from Superintendent Cindy Couchman, Prairie Hills Middle School will be the earliest schedule, from 7:45 a.m. to 2:50 p.m. Next is Buhler Grade from 7:50 a.m. to 2:55 p.m. Buhler High School will go from 8:00 a.m. to 3:05 p.m. Union Valley and Plum Creek elementaries will run from 8:10 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Pre-K and Shining Stars times at Buhler Grade are from 7:40 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. to 2:55 p.m. Pre-K and Shining Stars times at Union Valley and Plum Creek are from 8 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
If you need to ride the bus to school, complete the transportation request during online enrollment. You will need to complete the request even if you did the preliminary survey sent out earlier in the month.
