Lillian R. Ediger, 91, passed away December 20, 2021, at Pleasant View Home, Inman. She was born July 31, 1930, on the farm in rural Inman, KS, the daughter of Henry H. and Justina Regher Neufeld. She was a graduate of Inman High School and had been a homemaker all her life.

She was a member of Hoffnungau Mennonite Church, where she taught Sunday School and was a member of the Happy Hour Sewing Club.

She married Delbert M. Ediger on September 29, 1950 at Hoffnungsau Church. He passed away on July 5, 2020.

Survivors include a son, Stan (Jenise) Ediger, Inman; a daughter, Beverly (Wayne) Harder, Sioux Falls, South Dakota; 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; a brother, Henry (Linda) Neufeld, Newton; a sister, Marlene (Lloyd) Voth, Goessel; and a sister-in-law, Laverna Ediger, Inman.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother and his wife, John R. and Amanda Neufeld.

Visitation will be held from 4-6PM Thursday, December 23, 2021, at Inman Funeral Home, Inman. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, December 24, 2021, at Hoffnungau Mennonite Church Cemetery. Funeral services will follow at 10:30 am at Hoffnungsau Mennonite Church, rural Inman. Funeral services will be live streamed on the funeral home’s Facebook page. Memorial contributions may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice or Pleasant View Home, both in care of the funeral home.
