HARVEY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 5:30p.m. on Saturday in Harvey County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Jeep Wrangler driven by Aden Forkner, 20, Burleson, Texas, was northbound on Interstate 135 near Kansas 196.
The Jeep slid off the icy road. The vehicle struck a guardrail and then overturned in the southbound lanes of the Interstate.
EMS transported Forkner to Wesley Medical Center. He was properly restrained, according to the KHP.
