 </figure>HAVEN, Kan. — The Haven City Council will give consideration to fill a vacant position on the Haven police force during Monday’s meeting.The city has been short an officer for almost two months, but will go into executive session along with Police Chief Stephen Schaffer and City Manager Leslie Atherton to review applicants.
