PRETTY PRAIRIE, Kan. — After a work session Thursday, Pretty Prairie USD 311 is getting together potential packages of work to put into a bond issue to go on the ballot later this summer.
"What we're doing right now is kind of working with these four package ideas," Anderson said. "We're just going to do a survey and get them out to our community and kind of say, would you support this package, would you support that package, just trying to gauge where voters are at."
The information is being compiled today with the hope of getting the survey information out next week.
"We did two community meetings," Anderson said. "We've done two board work sessions to kind of respond to some of the feedback from community members in those open meetings."
If all goes as planned, the district will put the bond proposal before voters in August.
