If you're looking for a unique way to volunteer in your community, or have an interest in law enforcement, we're always seeking volunteers for our Sheriff's Reserves.
Our Reserves fill an integral role in our patrol coverage. Reserves have the same vehicles, duties and authority as a regular deputy. They help us out during busy weekend shifts, large local events and when we just need an extra hand.
Reserves must complete an interview process the same as a full-time deputy would. They must be 21 or older. If you're interested in becoming a Reserve or would like to learn more about the program, call us at 316-284-6960.
