SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of South Hutchinson is seeking qualified individuals to fill the role of Court Appointed Attorney.
The list of qualified applicants should include:
Resident of the State of Kansas.
Juris Doctorate degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
At least 21 years of age with 2 years practicing as an attorney in the State of Kansas.
Registered and authorized to practice law in the State of Kansas.
Municipal Court in South Hutchinson meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month beginning at 1:00 p.m. and scheduled to conclude no later than 5:00 p.m.
A digital copy of qualifications and a minimum of three (3) references must be returned by 5:00 p.m. on November 15th, 2024, to the following:

Proposer is responsible for delivery of response by the date and time set for the closing of the proposal acceptance. Responses received after the date and time set for the closing will not be considered.
