 </figure>HARVEY COUNTY—A Kansas man was injured in an accident just before 1p.m. Tuesday in Harvey County.The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Mack Truck driven by Kenneth R. Graves, 24, Newton, was northbound on Interstate 135 four miles south of Newton. The driver lost control when he truck had a sudden tire failure on the left side axel #1. The truck swerved to the left, overturned in the inside lane, slid across the inside shoulder and came to rest in the median.EMS transported Graves to a Wichita hospital. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
