HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Reno County Sheriff's Office is looking for a parole absconder.
The department reported that they tried to contact Justin Quaid Walker to serve an arrest warrant Saturday and Walker made it to a vehicle and fled from the area, leading officers on a chase throughout the city. A woman was let out of the vehicle in the area of 10th and Severance and the pursuit was called off a short time later due to the amount of traffic in the city at the time. Walker wrecked the vehicle near 21st and Main and fled on foot. They have not found him as of Sunday evening.
The Sheriff's Office is looking for Walker and also wants to identify the woman who was in the vehicle so they can talk to her. If you know more, call the Reno County Drug Enforcement Unit at 620-694-2848.
