HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The temporary traffic signals at 20th and Main Street and 23rd and Main Street will be removed Thursday, city officials said.

The lights were installed to help manage traffic during the Kansas State Fair. They were switched to flashing red on Wednesday and should be treated as four-way stops until their removal is complete.
