HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The only cluster type listed on the Reno County dashboard with continued cases appears to be long-term care facilities as of Friday afternoon.
The overall case count is at 225. The death count among Reno County residents is at 132.
The latest update to the 14-day rolling average for the community as a whole is an 11.6% positive test rate as of February 7, with the latest week of data added Thursday.
The 14-day new case total is at 181 as of Thursday. This has moved the overall community positive test rate for the total pandemic down slightly to 27.40%.
Out of 7,621 total cases since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 7,264 recoveries.
Six Reno County residents are in the hospital. According to the dashboard, three hundred sixty-one total have been hospitalized. One hundred two have been admitted to the ICU. These are Reno County resident numbers regardless of where they are hospitalized.
